Banner Student is Memorial’s student information system and is a database of student records including but not limited to admissions, registration, enrolment and graduation.

Self-Service 9 Upgrade

Memorial University has upgraded Self-Service. This upgrade impacts Banner Student, Banner Finance and Banner HR and will transition from version 8 to version 9. All Self-Service users can expect changes to how they access information. Learn more.

Account set-up

Completed Banner Request forms and questions regarding account set-up can be emailed to rosystems@mun.ca.

Password reset

If you've forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link on the Banner 9 login screen.

If your account is locked, after 3 failed login attempts, you will need to contact the ITS Service Desk.
