| Thursday, Jan. 5 | Lectures begin for winter semester courses. Last day for students to pay fees for winter semester courses without incurring the late payment fee. This also includes payment through payroll deduction. |
| Thursday, Jan. 12 | Final date for receipt, by the Registrar, of replacement grades for "INCOMPLETE" grades in undergraduate and graduate courses, fall semester. |
| Sunday, Jan. 15 | Deadline to apply to graduate at the 2023 spring convocation. Applications received after this date will be processed as time and resources permit. |
| Thursday, Jan. 19 | Last day to add winter semester courses. |
| Thursday, Jan. 26 | Final date for graduate students to withdraw from programs without incurring liability for tuition fees, winter semester.
