Pension Plan Contribution Rate and Plan Review
The Department of Human Resources would like to advise the university community that the contribution rate under the Memorial University Pension Plan for both employees and the university will increase by 1.5 percentage points on Jan. 1, 2017. This rate increase is a result of the impact of lower interest rates, improvements in longevity and demographic changes.
