Members of Memorial's group insurance plans are advised that the plans have been renewed effective April 1, 2021. Group insurance premiums will be deducted based upon a blended rate for the April 8, 2021 pay period. From April 22, 2021 onwards, premiums will be based upon the new rate schedule.
