On the April 3, 2025 pay period, incorrect deductions were taken for Long Term Disability (LTD), health, dental and travel for active employees. On the April 17, 2025 pay period, a credit for the over deduction will be issued for health, dental and travel.

For an employee enrolled in single coverage, the amount to be refunded for health, dental and travel is $0.30. For an employee enrolled in family coverage, the amount to be refunded for health, dental and travel is $0.74.

For a Postdoctoral Fellow enrolled in single coverage, the amount to be refunded for health and dental is $0.60. For a Postdoctoral Fellow enrolled in family coverage, the amount to be refunded for health and dental is $1.63.

These amounts will be credited from regular biweekly deductions on the April 17, 2025 pay period.

An update on the refunded amounts for LTD, which will vary based on an employee’s annual salary, will be provided shortly. The refund for LTD will vary between $1-$5.

Following these adjustments, biweekly deductions will be as indicated in the annual renewal notice.
