Memorial University’s payroll team has been hearing from a number of employees and retirees that their T4/T4A/NR4 slip information is not showing up in their CRA My Account and their information is not available to auto-fill their tax returns.

The university’s payroll team uploaded this information to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) on Feb. 24, 2025; however, once uploaded, CRA needs to process this information. Unfortunately, CRA is having technical issues and employers across the country are experiencing delays with their employees’ information being processed.

While CRA is working to make all slips available as soon as possible, they do not know how long it will take. To file taxes, the university’s payroll team is recommending that employees and pensioners key in the figures from their tax slips rather than waiting for CRA to update their auto-fill application.
