The Competition
BattleBots is a competition, and also a TV series, where competitors design and operate remote-controlled armed robots designed to fight in an arena. The idea of robot combat was sparked by the huge interest in technology in the early 2000s in California. Since then, the competition has grown in popularity among both viewers and participants, and the program now has coverage in 150 countries.

The Team
MUN Battle Bots club is a team of enthusiasts who are thrilled to learn more about robotic systems' design and automation techniques. The team will be building their own unique robot to participate in local and international tournaments.
