| Tuesday, Jan. 7 | Lectures begin for winter semester courses. Last day for students to pay fees for winter semester courses without incurring the late payment fee. This also includes payment through payroll deduction. |
| Tuesday, Jan. 14 | Final date for receipt, by the Registrar, of replacement grades for "INCOMPLETE" grades in undergraduate and graduate courses, fall semester. Final date for submission of Master's and Doctoral Theses and Reports for examination, by students who expect to receive their degree at the 2025 spring convocation. Theses and Reports received after this date will be processed as time and resources permit. |

Final date for new graduate students to request a deferral of admission without incurring liability for tuition fees, winter semester. An administrative fee of $25 will be charged for any retroactive withdrawal or leave of absence approved after this date. Final date for departments to submit Recommendation for Award of Degree in order for graduate students to be deregistered from graduate registration cours ([SUBJ] 9000/MED 9900) and receive a 100% refund of continuance fees for winter semester. |
