CES Wedding Planning Services 

The Conference and Event Services team is available to help couples with the details of the big day on a case-by-case basis - as much or as little as you need! 

The Emera Innovation Exchange and Johnson Geo Centre have been the venues of choice for hundreds of couples.  As wedding conveyors and venue partner in the Luxury Wedding Show, the Conference and Events team is knowledgeable about wedding-related service providers from florists to photographers to DJs to dog care providers and all things in between.

Red Oak Wedding Menu Options

Red Oak is exclusive caterer to Signal Hill Campus and specialists in fine wedding fare with delectable three course options.  Your guests will be impressed with courses featuring scrumptious soups and salads, mains with chicken, fish, turkey, or pork, and delightful desserts.

Our Reception Hall offers an experience that is out of this world. Have your reception under the planets in a space that includes a dance floor and much more.

The Rock Package

Our Outdoor Classroom is a beautiful backdrop for a wedding ceremony. The outdoor event space has been cut from an ancient riverbed and creates a natural windbreak to keep guests sheltered from the elements. Hold your reception in the outdoor space or more inside to the Reception Hall.

This package includes: 

  • Outdoor Classroom for 4 hours
  • Celestial Gallery as indoor ceremony backup
  • Reception Hall from 5 p.m. - 2 a.m.

Harbour View Package

Say your vows in front of large windows that display a spectacular view of downtown St. John's and its harbour at the Emera Innovation Exchange Conference Centre. After your ceremony, see a different side of Signal Hill with your reception in the Johnson Geo Centre Reception Hall.

Harbour View I Do

Looking for somewhere to hold your ceremony? Why not have it in front of an incredible view of downtown St. John's and its harbour at the Emera Innovation Exchange Conference Centre.

Catering
