Fall International Astronomy Day with the RASC

Our friends from the Royal Astronomical Society St. John's Centre will be celebrating the Fall International Astronomy Day on Septemebr 27 with a Moon Observation event in our Geo parking lot. On that date, sunset is 6:47pm and the moon sets at 8:55pm, so volunteers with their telescopes will be on hand from 7:00-9:00pm. 

 

No admission fee for this event. Please note that the Geo Centre will not be open during the event. The building will be closed, so there will be no on-site washroom facilities available.
