Climate Collective Film Festival: Climate Change & Mental Health
The Johnson Geo Centre Climate Collective invites you to our Mental Health & Climate Change film festival on May 14!
The theme of the films this month will focus on mental health and climate change. Many people experience overwhelming distress, grief, fear, or sadness around climate change and the uncertainty that comes with environmental changes and an uncertain future.
These films will show the perspective of young folks and how they are coping with their emotions around the changing climate. Films, story telling, and other creative expressions can help process eco-emotions, foster empathy, and inspire hope and connection to one another and our planet.
