Suhail is a Career Success Coordinator at Embark, Faculty of Business Administration. She graduated from Memorial University with a Bachelor of Science (Co-op & Honors) in Psychology in May 2022. While at MUN, she worked closely with international students as an International Student Outreach Assistant and later as an International Student Career Advisor upon graduation. After leaving MUN, she worked as a Work Transition Coordinator with YWCA St. John's and as a Support Coordinator with End Sexual Violence NL. Before joining Embark, Suhail served as an Employment Coach with the Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work. She also served for three years as a member of a Youth Advisory Group with Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
