Formal presentations of sources for research projects are often required in courses. Such annotated bibliographies guide the audience by providing relevant, accurate, quality lists with summaries and/or assessments.  Participants in this workshop will explore the essentials required for annotated bibliographies. Academic writing requires careful selection of reporting verbs to introduce paraphrased materials and direct quotations. However, they can present some challenges.
