invention to Innovation (i2I)
The innovation to Innovation (i2I) suite of programs was developed to strengthen Canada’s innovation ecosystem by fostering talent, building a culture of entrepreneurship, and connecting key players across sectors. Rooted in extensive academic and industry insights, i2I offers a coordinated set of programs, such as Skills Training, a Graduate Certificate in Science and Technology Commercialization, Commercialization Postdoctoral Fellowships, and Faculty Innovation Fellowships. Together, these initiatives aim to equip individuals and institutions with the mindset and tools needed to transform research into real-world impact and expand Canada’s innovation potential.
Memorial University is proud to be a key collaborator with the national invention to Innovation (i2I) Network, led by Simon Fraser University. Read more in the Gazette.
