With a variety of locations available both indoors and out, Memorial University is often the backdrop for many film and or photography projects.

The university is a public institution which permits non-commercial photography and filming for personal use provided it causes no disruption to others.

Commercial filming and photography on campus will most likely require a facilities use agreement.

Depending on the size of your project you must make enquiry for your shoot anywhere from 14-30 days in advance of your first shooting date. There are often many parts that need to be coordinated with a variety of departments on campus so ample lead time is necessary.

Please be prepared to provide a description of your project including intended use of captured material as well as desired dates, times and locations of each shoot.
