Conference and Event Services

The members of the Conference and Event Services unit at Memorial University carry out a variety of services for individuals and/or groups looking to secure spaces for meetings, conferences, and events at St. John’s Campus as well as Signal Hill Campus. Other facilities at Memorial also serve as venue spaces but may not necessary be organized through this unit. If that is the case, you can still contact us and we will help point you in the right direction or you may be able to find what you are looking for at the Other Locations section of the website.
