Tax slips for Memorial employees and pensioners who signed up to receive their tax information electronically are now available online.

For instructions on how to access the information in my.mun.ca, please read the Gazette article.

Pensioners who have not signed up to receive their tax information electronically will receive their T4As by mail to the home address they have on file with Human Resources.

Pensioners who retired in the past year will receive their T4As by the same manner they received their T4 slips last year. Note that those pensioners who worked at MUN part of last year will need to access their T4 slips for the period they worked as well as their T4As for the period they were retired.

If a pensioner wishes to switch to electronic T4As, they can do so by contacting MyHR at 864-2434 or by email at myhr@mun.ca

These instructions include how to logon through MUN's portal using your MUN login id or email address and how to login to MUN's Self Service using your Employee number if you do not have a MUN login id or email.
