Clean, Cover and Contain for influenza prevention (From Newsline)
The Office of the Chief Risk Officer (OCRO) reminds every one of the 3C's for influenza prevention…Clean, Cover and Contain. To protect yourself and others from spreading influenza, the Provincial Government – Health and Community Services division recommends: clean your hands regularly with soap and water or hand sanitizer, cover coughs and sneezes using a tissue or your arm and contain your illness by staying home and resting when needed.
