Several services are supplied to retirees via the MUN Portal – my.mun.ca First select the Retiree tab. The services listed include:

• Online Learning – Access your online course
• Retiree Giving – Access a form to give a donation to the University via payroll deduction
• Retiree Self Service
• Access a printable copy of the SSQ Travel Health insurance card. Note: This is also available via the HR Employee Forms option
• Launch the Employee Self Service portal
• Instructions to set up receiving you T4A income tax form electronically
• Internal Job Postings – Current internal job postings. Note: Retirees are NOT eligable to apply for Internal Jobs
• HR Employee Forms – Access several HR forms

Employee Self Service Portal

The Employee Self Service Portal provides access to several services:

• Personal Information which manages your PIN, security questions, e-mail addresses, address and phone numbers, emergency contacts and aboriginal status. This information is used buy MUN to coordinate communications between you and the University
• Student Main Menu which manages, among other things, your admission, registration, transcripts and graduation information
• Employee Services which manages benefits and deductions, pay information, tax forms, leave balances, faculty load, employee equity survey, employee support programs and graduate student payroll deduction requests
• Employee Equity Survey which provides the University with employee equity data.
