Pricing
Rates and fees for meetings, events and conferences vary across Memorial University. Below you will find rates for spaces located at St. John's Campus as well as the Emera Innovation Exchange Conference Centre and the Johnson Geo Centre both at Signal Hill Campus effective April 1, 2025.
The Conference and Event Services unit also offers a variety of options for meeting online and/or hybrid events. Email meet@mun.ca to find out more about pricing for those options.
CES offers no-charge or discounted rates for members of the Memorial community (faculty, staff, and MUN-ratified student groups) who are holding events at St. John's Campus or Signal Hill Campus that are in keeping with the mission of the university.
