CES carries out a wide variety of services for groups or individuals looking to secure spaces for meetings, conferences, and events at Signal Hill Campus and St. John’s Campus.  

Other facilities at Memorial also serve as venue spaces but may not necessarily be organized through CES.  Visit Other Locations, contact us and we will help point you in the right direction.

It's good to know that Memorial University’s Conference and Event Services unit is Rainbow Registered.  Rainbow Registered is a national accreditation program offered by Canada’s 2SLGBTQI+ Chamber of Commerce.

When you see a Rainbow Registered symbol, you know the business or organization meets a stringent set of standards to ensure LGBTQ customers feel safe, welcome and accepted.
