This is a grassroots political campaign supporting Laurabel Mba, NDP candidate for Mount Scio. Our campaign is focused on building a more equitable, inclusive, and caring Newfoundland and Labrador. We advocate for bold leadership rooted in community care, social justice, and lived experience.

Typical Volunteer Duties:

• Door-to-door canvassing
• Phone banking / text outreach
• Event setup, greeting, and support
• Poster and literature distribution
• Lawn sign delivery and setup
• Social media support (sharing, content creation, etc.)
• Data entry and admin tasks
• Volunteer coordination
• Community care roles at events (accessibility, emotional support)

Commitment: Flexible! Some roles are one-time or occasional (e.g., events or flyer drops), while others may require 2–6 hours weekly. We’ll work with your availability.

Any requirements for volunteers to have:

No previous experience required — just a willingness to support a people-powered campaign. Training will be provided for canvassing and admin tasks. Volunteers under 16 should be accompanied by a guardian for in-person roles.
