How to Get Involved:

Eastern Health Long Term Care-St. John's provides a range of health care services and day services to seniors and older adults with disabilities.

Caring connections is a program initiated by Eastern Health. They are offering the opportunity for students to connect with residents in LTC by sending cards and/or letters to them, which will ultimately help the residents to feel connected to the community. 

If you are interested in taking part in this activity, please reach out to the Coordinator of Volunteer Resources EH LTC St. John's, Judy Cook, by emailing judy.cook@easternhealth.ca. She will provide further guidelines about this project as well as orientation by email.
