We are the organization that governs Road Races, Track and Field, and Cross Country races in Newfoundland and Labrador. We are always looking for volunteers to help with many of our running and track and field events. We love outgoing people who want to give back to the community.

Location: Our office is in Paradise (1296 Kenmount Rd), but our events have multiple locations: the MUN field house in the winter/ spring for track meets. In the summer, we have track meets at Pearlgate track and field club in Mount Pearl. In the fall, we have cross country races in Bowring Park.

Requirements for Volunteering: Our events often require standing for long periods of time. 

Duties of Volunteers: Setting up for events (track and field events or cross country events), marshalling along a course, helping at a track meet, organizing school aged children at events for their competition.
