Programs and events for special needs children and their families. We have one big program a month, an ongoing penpal project and are about to launch a buddy program where 2 volunteers spend 1 hour with 1 special needs child at the child's home.

Volunteer Activities/Duties: 

• Buddy/Friend for a special needs child 
• Guide during one of our monthly activities

Commitment: Once a month for 2 hours or once a week for 1 hour

Orientation: Training takes place over a short phone conversation.

Requirements: Code of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check.
