The proposed graduate programme offers a mix of courses from Computer Science and related disciplines.

The programme requires 10 graduate courses (corresponding to 30 credit hours):

• 7 courses in Computer Science; plus
• 3 elective courses, offered by either the Computer Science Department or another department (approved by the Deputy Head, Graduate Studies).

Work-term courses are only available to students in the Master of Science in Computer Science (course-based). Access to the work-term courses is limited, competitive and selective. Work-term placements cannot be guaranteed. Students are informed of procedures to request access and deadlines by the Department of Computer Science.
