Memorial University's St. John's campus will remain open for regular operations throughout the 2025 Canada Games with some exceptions that will be determined and communicated in the coming months. 

At this time, a number of university units and departments, including Human Resources, are working on academic and business continuity plan templates that will lay the groundwork for operational planning for the Games throughout the university. We expect these templates to be completed in spring 2024 and information circulated to units and departments for customized planning shortly thereafter.
