SUBJECT: PSA: Epilepsy Public Forum 2019

Medical students from Memorial University will host an Epilepsy Public Forum on Saturday, March 23.
Registration is free and open to all – people living with epilepsy, their friends or families, people interested in medicine and people who want to learn more about this illness.
This event is meant to bring together people living with epilepsy, their families, the public, health professionals and medical students to better understand epilepsy from different perspectives. Presentations will include an introduction to epilepsy, patient experiences, seizure first aid, anatomy of the brain, explanations of EEG and current research in epilepsy and more.
