SUBJECT: Harris Centre and Community Foundation of N.L. release fourth annual report on quality of life in the province

N.L.’s Vital Signs 2017, a report on the quality of life in Newfoundland and Labrador, produced annually by Memorial’s Harris Centre in partnership with the Community Foundation of N.L., will be officially released tomorrow, Thursday, Oct. 19, at 9:30 a.m. (9 a.m. in Labrador).

Events will be held in three locations around the province, as seen below.

Copies of the report will be available at the three launch events as well as online and will be included in copies of The Telegram and The Western Star on Saturday,

Oct. 21.
