N.L.’s Vital Signs 2017, a report on the quality of life in Newfoundland and Labrador, produced annually by Memorial’s Harris Centre in partnership with the Community Foundation of N.L., will be officially released tomorrow, Thursday, Oct. 19, at 9:30 a.m. (9 a.m. in Labrador).
Events will be held in three locations around the province, as seen below.
