SUBJECT: PSA: Food n Garden Fair taking place at Memorial Universitys Botanical Garden

Memorial Universitys Botanical Garden and the Northeast Avalon Regional Economic Development Board have assembled a group of organizations to launch the Food n Garden Fair this Saturday, Sept. 28, from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
The one-day fair will offer multiple demonstrations, displays and tips on gardening, growing vegetables, herbs and composting, a kid-friendly potato peeling contest and a food-tasting experience using local ingredients.
Admission to the garden is free for the day; however, donations will be gratefully accepted. Food tasting passes are $20 and can be purchased online at www.mun.ca/botgarden or www.northeastavalonredb.ca, or in person at the Botanical Garden.
