SUBJECT: Marine Institute Remembrance Day ceremony location moved

The Marine Institute (MI) invites students, faculty, staff, alumni, media and members of the public to take part in commemorating the armed, navy and merchant navy forces that served in the world wars at its annual Remembrance Day ceremony on Thursday, Nov. 8, at 12 p.m.
The ceremony will take place in the Marine Institute gymnasium located on the Ridge Road campus.
Naval cadets and officers with the Canadian Forces Naval Engineering School (St. John's) will participate in the ceremony. Representatives from the office of member of Parliament Jack Harris, Memorial University of Newfoundland, MI Student Union, Crows Nest Officers Club, Canadian Institute of Marine Engineering, Company of Master Mariners and Canadian Forces Station St. Johns will be present.
