Dr. Gary Kachanoski, president and vice-chancellor of Memorial University of Newfoundland, has officially released Wish You Were Here: President’s Report Highlights 2010. On Nov. 10, 2010, Dr. Kachanoski met with Minister of Education Dr. Darin King to formally present him with the document.
