SUBJECT: Aging gracefully focus of Memorial lecture this Sunday

Media agencies are invited to send representatives to a free public presentation taking place on Sunday, Dec. 6 in St. John’s during which a pair of Memorial researchers will shed light on the topic of healthy aging.
Dr. Wendy Young, Canada Research Chair in Healthy Aging, and Dr. Sharon Buehler, honorary research professor from the Division of Community Health and Humanities, will showcase research on aging as part of an interactive Café Scientifique that is taking place from 2-4 p.m., at the Fluvarium.
The title of the session is Aging Gracefully: Plugging into Health Research.
Both researchers will be available for interviews.
