SUBJECT: PSA: The Barbarian Invasions to screen as part of global cinema series

The winner of the 2004 Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film and of the 2004 Cesar Award, The Barbarian Invasions will be screened April 7, as the last film of the inaugural Global Cinema Series, initiated by the Faculty of Arts and the Division of Lifelong Learning. Professor Magessa O’Reilly, head of the French and German department will be on hand to facilitate the post-screening discussion. This eclectic film series takes place at Hampton Hall at the Marine Institute at 7 pm.
Single tickets ($6) can be purchased in advance through the Division of Lifelong Learning at 737-7979, via email at lifelong.learning@mun.ca or at the door.
