SUBJECT: PSA: Engineering at Newfoundland and Labrador Science Centre

On Saturday, March 17, the Newfoundland and Labrador Science Centre and the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science at Memorial University will be wrapping up three weeks of teaching kids about the fun side of engineering.
Throughout the month of March, university engineers have been at the Science Centre delivering demonstrations and providing hands-on learning opportunities about engineering and the ways it impacts our every day lives.
Come see Dr. Yuri Muzychka show how aerodynamics makes cars and airplanes go fast; Jonathon Stevenson will reveal how you can control an airplane; Dr. Wei Qui will explain why boats float and Dr. Nick Krouglicof will break things to reveal the strength of materials.
