SUBJECT: Grenfell - Memorial Presents lecture series to travel to Grenfell College

Dr. Murray Rudd, Grenfell’s Canada Research Chair in ecological economics, will present “What is Nature Worth? Looking at Our Natural Resources through New Eyes” early next month.
Dr. Rudd will lead a discussion on this topic on Monday, April 2, at 7:30 p.m. in the Library and Computing Building lecture theatre, LC301. He will be accompanied by three panelists. Dr. Ratana Chuenpagdee is a faculty member in the Department of Geography at Memorial University in St. John’s, specializing in natural resource sustainability and community development. Dan Chaisson is the manager of outdoor product with the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, based in Corner Brook. And Jim Taylor is general manager of the Western Newfoundland Model Forest, also located on at Grenfell College.
Memorial Presents is a program of the Leslie Harris Centre of Regional Policy and Development.
