SUBJECT: Public lecture to examine changing adult perceptions of children

Dr. KarenS tanbridge of Memorial University’s Sociology department will discuss how adult perceptions of children have changed over the centuries, and the impact of the view of children as innocent and somewhat incapacitated, when she delivers the St. John’s Public Philosophy Lecture on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 8:30-10 p.m., at the Ship Pub on Duckworth Street. All are welcome to attend (over 19 only).
