  • Room rate subject to 15% Harmonized Sales Tax and 4% City Accommodations Tax

Arrival & Departure Info

Address: Macpherson College - HUB, 40 Livyers Loop, St. John's, NL, A1B 3P7

Check-In: After 3:00 p.m.

Check-Out: By 11:00 a.m.

Please communicate your time of arrival upon booking. The front desk is located just inside the main entrance of Macpherson College on Livyers Loop (off of Prince Philip Drive). The entrance is immediately below a skywalk and is located at the north end of the complex.

How to Book

Booking is easy with our Guest Portal!

  1. Create an account or log in (don’t use your MUN email/login).
  2. Click Reservations and select St. John’s Campus.
  3. Enter Group Code: GRAD2026 then select Convocation - Fall 2026.
  4. Choose your dates and room, and provide guest details.
  5. Add your grad’s name in the Special Requests section.


You’ll receive a confirmation email, and closer to your stay, an email will guide you through secure online payment (Visa/MasterCard accepted).
