Group enquiry
To submit an enquiry or request for a room block, please submit a Group Enquiry on our Guest Portal.
How to submit a request
- Go to our Guest Portal.
- In the menu bar, click on Group Enquiry.
- On the Group Enquiry page, click 'Register here' (at the bottom) to create an account or sign in. Please do not use your MUN Login, or an @mun.ca email.
- Complete the enquiry form with your event/group name, select the campus, and enter other details.
- On the pages that follow, specify any additional services needed, upload any documents as attachments, and submit your request.
