To submit an enquiry or request for a room block, please submit a Group Enquiry on our Guest Portal.

How to submit a request
  1. Go to our Guest Portal.
  2. In the menu bar, click on Group Enquiry.
  3. On the Group Enquiry page, click 'Register here' (at the bottom) to create an account or sign in. Please do not use your MUN Login, or an @mun.ca email.
  4. Complete the enquiry form with your event/group name, select the campus, and enter other details.
  5. On the pages that follow, specify any additional services needed, upload any documents as attachments, and submit your request.
