To submit an enquiry or request for a room block, please submit a Group Enquiry on our Guest Portal.

How to submit a request

  1. Go to our Guest Portal
  2. Click on Group Enquiry in the menu bar.
  3. On the Group Enquiry page, click Register here (at the bottom) to create an account or sign in. Please do not use your MUN Login, or an email.
  4. Complete the enquiry form with your event/group name, select the campus, and enter other details.
  5. On the following pages, specify any additional services needed and upload any documents as attachments.
