Cancellations and Amendments
All cancellations and amendments must be made through the site where you initially made your booking.
Cancellations and amendments must be made in advance of the arrival date (beyond that date, no refund will be payable).

1. Go to our Guest Portal site and sign in using your email and password. 2. If you don't know your password, click the Forgotten Password link at the bottom of the Sign In page. 3. Click Modify/Cancel Reservation under My Portal Options on the side or click Reservations from the top menu. 4. Identify the reservation you wish to modify, select Modify, and proceed as instructed. Please note the Cancellation and Amendment Terms and Conditions. |
