To request for a room block, kindly utilize our Guest Portal to submit a Group Enquiry.

How to submit a request
  1. Visit our Guest Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Group Enquiry section in the menu bar.
  3. Click 'Register here' at the bottom of the Group Enquiry page to either create an account or sign in. Please do not use your MUN Login, or an @mun.ca email.
  4. Fill out the enquiry form with your event or group name, select the desired campus, and provide other pertinent details.
  5. Follow subsequent pages to specify any additional services required, upload necessary documents as attachments, and finalize your request.
