Your input matters: Visit the Evolve hub 

Recently, we shared the Memorial Evolve hub — an information website focused on the pressures we’re facing, the data we're using to inform decisions and the coordinated approach we’re taking to move our university toward a more vibrant and viable future. 

The challenges we face are serious, complex and interconnected. The decisions ahead won’t be easy, but will be grounded in evidence, aligned to our mission and shaped with the input of our community. 

As we continue to evolve as a university, more consultations, discussions and shared decision-making opportunities are coming. In 2026, we will begin our strategic planning process, the outcome of which will depend on broad participation from across all campuses and academic and administrative units. To engage meaningfully in that work, we all need access to the same foundation of information. 

The Memorial Evolve hub offers that foundation. Here you’ll find: 

• The primary pressures we’re navigating and related data. 
• Focus areas to help guide strategic responses across the university. 
• Updates on decisions and how they connect. 
• Historical context, including past actions already taken. 
• FAQs and a place to submit questions and feedback. 

This is a starting point – a space that will continue to offer more data, clearer targets, milestones and decisions as they’re made. It is a resource designed to simplify complexity, connect the dots and clarify the “why.”
