The School of Pharmacy's Alumni Achievement Award is the most prestigious honour that can be bestowed on an alumni. The recognition honours and celebrates the contributions of alumni to the pharmacy profession.

Recipients will have demonstrated a commitment to the pharmacy profession in one or more of the following areas:

• achieved distinction in their chosen career or field of endeavour; and
• made an outstanding contribution in their field which has not necessarily received public acclaim; and
• made a contribution to the advancement of the School of Pharmacy, the profession of pharmacy and / or the community at large; and
• displayed exceptional human values that are an inspiration to those with whom they come in contact.

The deadline for nominations is June 13, 2014.
