SUBJECT: PSA: Memorial University's Harris Centre hosting Southwestern Newfoundland regional workshop

Are you living in Southwestern Newfoundland and interested in your region's development? Or are you faculty, staff or a student at Memorial University who would like to strengthen Memorial's presence and make a difference in the lives of people in Southwestern Newfoundland?

Please register to attend the Harris Centre's Southwestern Newfoundland regional workshop, a day-long event on Wednesday, Oct. 26, in Stephenville.

There will also be a Memorial Presents public forum the evening of Tuesday, Oct. 25, on a topic being determined by our local organizing committee. You are invited to attend the public forum, the regional workshop, or both.

Workshop themes include community partnerships, tourism development, and youth education and employment.
