SUBJECT: Garden Days this weekend at Botanical Garden
DATE: June 16, 2016
It’s time to get outside! Garden Day, Canada’s national celebration of gardens and gardening, is Friday, June 17.
It’s the perfect event to take Dad out for an early Father’s Day treat. At Memorial University’s Botanical Garden, enjoy free admission and a variety of garden activities and tours. There will be an official opening of the Tuscan-style greenhouse, flower garden tours and much more.
All events take place at the garden at 306 Mount Scio Rd., St. John’s.
Friday, June 17 schedule of programs:
10:30 a.m.: Flower Garden Tour
12:30 p.m.: Official Opening of the Tuscan-Style Greenhouse, followed by a Flower Garden Tour
2:30 p.m.: Flower Garden Tour
