As well, Spirit Award challenges will take place all week long. Teams will collect clues and compete in challenges from Oct. 17-23. Most spirited team wins $1,000!
Six days of events and activities are planned, encouraging students, staff, faculty and alumni to come together, celebrate Memorial and have an unforgettable time.
Events range from the boisterous and colourful Spirit Parade to a massive Memorial community food drive to fill the square at Paton College to an American-style, pre-game Tailgate Party before the Sea-Hawks soccer teams take on St. Francis of Xavier at the King George V pitch.
MUNdays highlights the diversity, ingenuity, excellence, kindness and community spirit that distinguish Memorial as one of the best post-secondary institutions in the world.
Complete schedules, including dates, locations and times for all events, are available online at www.mun.ca/mundays/schedule/, www.swgc.mun.ca/celebrate/Pages/default.aspx and www.mi.mun.ca/MIMUNdays/schedule/.
