SUBJECT: PSA: Memorial University celebrates its Aboriginal diversity

The Aboriginal Resource Office on Memorial Universitys St. Johns campus will hold a Diversity Awareness Celebration from 12-2 p.m. on Friday, March 2.
The Aboriginal Resource Office, in partnership with the St. Johns Native Friendship Centre, will host a number of special activities, presentations and information sessions along with Aboriginal food and fantastic entertainment including the Bedago Drum Group.
Members and Memorial students from Aboriginal communities will attend to celebrate and share information about their respective cultures. The event will include a presentation from Chief Brendan Sheppard, Qalipu Mikmaq First Nation.
The celebration will take place in the University Centre, UC-3018.
