SUBJECT: Memorial University alumna awarded Margaret Williams Trust Fund Award

The Trustees of the Margaret Williams Trust Fund are pleased to announce that the trust has issued its 2012 award to Heather Buffett in the amount of $1,500.
Originally from St. John’s, N.L., Ms. Buffett holds a bachelor of arts degree with a major in history and a minor in political science from Memorial University as well as a bachelor of laws degree from the University of New Brunswick.
Ms. Buffett will pursue a postgraduate degree in library and information studies at the University of Western Ontario and hopes to return to Newfoundland upon its completion to work as a legal librarian.
