Dr. Gary Kachanoski, president and vice-chancellor, Memorial University of Newfoundland, will host a news conference on Thursday, Dec. 1, at 10:30 a.m., to announce a significant contribution to graduate student scholarships in the Faculty of Business Administration.
          Also participating in the announcement will be Jim Fallon, vice president, Newfoundland and Labrador, BMO Bank of Montreal.
          The event will take place in the atrium of the Business Administration building at Memorial University on Morrissey Road, off Prince Philip Drive. A reception will follow.
          Media agencies are invited to send representatives to the event. Limited parking for media is available in lot 22.
