SUBJECT: PSA: Memorial University hosts reading for new writer-in-residence

Aislinn Hunter’s stint as Fall 2008’s writer-in-residence at Memorial University has officially commenced.
Her first event will be a reading of her work on Thursday Oct. 2, at 7:30 p.m. at Petro Canada Hall on the St. John’s campus. Admission is free, as is parking in Lot 15.
Ms. Hunter has published poetry, short fiction, a novella, a novel, essays and reviews as well as young adult fiction. She has been called “a genuine ambidexter, equally gifted in fiction and poetry.”
